Cancellation, Return & Refund

Once an order is placed and we receive payment confirmation from the payment gateway, we treat all orders as confirmed orders and regular terms and conditions are applied to solve any dispute.

Terms for Domestic Orders Cancellation

Before we ship: we dispatch all our orders within *2-15 days of payment confirmation. In case you wish to cancel your order and we’ve not shipped it yet, we shall refund the full amount to your  mode of payment. The actual time for refunds to credit may vary depending upon your bank and its policies.

You may cancel the order from your account section or call us on 18001212126 (between 10.30 am to 6.00 pm IST except Sundays and Public holidays).

Product already shipped: if we’ve already shipped the order, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances. You may however be able to return the product once it is delivered to you.
In case you do wish to return the product, we shall refund your order value minus a flat convenience fee(Payment Gateway) of 2%.


We offer full refunds only in case of manufacturing defects, size issues, or any other genuine cases. In the unlikely event you receive damaged product, kindly email us a photo of the product, along with the barcode/order details copy, within 48 hrs of receiving your order at:

All refunds (full / partial) are processed within 7-15 working days of receiving the products at our distribution center. If the product received is not as per our quality check policy then no-refund will be initiated by our ends. In case the returned product received by us is damaged by the customer or a wrong product is sent and the customer wants it back, they will have to facilitate the courier and bear all charges pertaining it.

The actual time for refunds to credit back into the source of payment may vary depending upon your bank and its policies. We use following payment gateways for collecting and refunding :

Return & Exchange Policy

    No returns on customized products (Industrial Ladders, Doors & Windows).
    No returns on damaged & used products.
    Returnable Products is only Domestic Ladders shipped by Kalco Alu-Systems directly to the customer.
    Refund Credits will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse in good condition.
    Payment Credits will be issued within 7-15 business days of receiving the product. Refund will be initiated within 7 working days of receiving the product. It may take 3-7 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account.
    You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.

    Please mention return Id on the packet.
    Please make sure you seal the product completely before handing over to courier/transport company.
    Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
 follows a 3 days No question asked return policy. You can return the product within 3 days of delivery.
    When you cancel an order after using the reward points of the same order, we will deduct the used points from your loyalty points.
    If the loyalty points are in negative, you can earn points by placing orders but you can only use them after it becomes positive again.
 will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.

What is the return period of an item?
Box should be returned within 10 days of receiving the product. The return period of the product is mentioned along with the product description.

How do I initiate a return and what happens afterwards?
1. To log into your "My Account"
2. Go to "My Account"
3. Click on View your Order History under My Orders and then click on View Icon  (from Right Side )
4. After Clicking on view button
5. You will see your order invoice. On the tight hand side you will see this icon  . Click on it.
6. Now choose options from "Reason for Return:" and you must enter your the code.

Please Note: Do not touch or Re-enter your Qnty. If you have multiple orders then please cancel one-by-one.
• Return request is reviewed by KalcoTeam.
• If it is required, request is shared with the merchant for his approval.
• After approval, pickup of the product is arranged through our courier partner.
• If our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product.
• After the product is received, it is verified against your claim. Replacement or refund is initiated after that.
Replacement would depend on the stock availability.

It takes between 1 to 3 weeks (5 weeks International)from the time a request is raised to the time the product is delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location.

Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.

How should I pack the product for pick-up?
Make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. On the box, do mention your order number. If your order is approved for pick-up, you will receive the packaging instructions and return address in a separate e-mail from us.

Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back?
(National)Yes! If you are using a courier service to send your product back, you need to bear the courier cost.

My product has been picked-up, how do I know it has reached you?
(National)After your order is picked from your place, within 48-72* hours, you will receive an email from us specifying the tracking details using which you can track the package on courier’s website. You can track the status of your return request at too.

When will I get the replacement or refund?
We initiate the replacement or refund within 7-15 working days* of receiving the product at our center. For refunds it takes upto 2 weeks (National) for the amount to get credited in your account after we have initiated the refund. The refund/replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or you have not written Kalco Webstore order number on the package/invoice.
